Production Line

The transformer production line ensures equipment performance through precise processes, with four core steps.

1. Iron core processing: Silicon steel sheets are cut by a slitting machine and then stacked at specific angles by a laminating machine to enhance magnetic permeability. 

2. Winding production: Automatic winding machines are used to precisely wind copper wires onto insulating frames, with simultaneous inspection of wire diameter and number of turns.

3. Final assembly process: The iron core and windings are assembled, insulating oil is injected, and the oil tank is sealed to ensure insulation performance.

4. Testing : Multiple tests such as withstand voltage test and turns ratio test are conducted to achieve dual guarantees of efficiency and quality.

OEM/ODM

The transformer factory offers flexible ODM/OEM services, capable of customizing full-range transformer products according to customer needs. Under the ODM model, the professional R&D team handles the entire process from scheme design, prototype development to mass production, supporting customer brand customization. The OEM service undertakes standardized production, strictly following the drawings and process standards provided by customers to ensure product consistency, it can quickly switch from small-batch trial production to large-scale mass production. Dedicated project teams are assigned to track progress, meeting customers' multiple requirements for cost, delivery time and quality.

R&D
The factory's R&D center focuses on breakthroughs in the core technologies of transformers. It has a professional team composed of more than 20 senior engineers, covering fields such as electromagnetic design, material research and development, and intelligent control.
It optimizes the iron core structure and winding arrangement through 3D electromagnetic simulation software, reducing losses by more than 8%. It jointly develops new environmentally friendly insulating materials with university laboratories, increasing the product's temperature resistance level to 180℃. Meanwhile, it researches and develops intelligent monitoring modules to realize real-time data collection of transformer operating status and fault early warning.
With an annual investment of 5% of sales revenue in R&D, it has obtained a number of patents. It can provide customers with full-cycle R&D support from customized scheme design to cutting-edge technology verification, promoting the iteration of products toward high efficiency, energy conservation and intelligence.
