Q How long is the validity period of a transformer quotation? What factors affect the price?

The validity period of a regular quotation is 15-30 days. The price is mainly affected by three factors: ① Fluctuations in the market prices of raw materials (e.g., copper, silicon steel sheets); ②  Customization requirements (special voltage, protection level, etc., which increase production costs). If the quotation validity period is exceeded, the price needs to be recalculated.

Q How long is the warranty period of a transformer?

The deadline is 12 months after commissioning or 18 months from dispatch, whichever comes first.

Q What key parameters need to be provided when selecting a transformer?

Three categories of core parameters are required: ① Electrical parameters (rated power, input/output voltage level, frequency); ② Environmental parameters (indoor/outdoor installation location, maximum/minimum temperature, presence of dust/humidity); ③ Functional requirements (whether special functions like lightning protection, noise reduction, and capacity regulation are needed). These parameters ensure the selection of a fully applicable product.
